Hi, I'm Tammy, the baker and owner behind Tammyβs Cookie Company.Β Iβm known for creating artisan cookies with exceptional depth of flavor and expert baking technique. My work has been featured through recurring guest baker segments on KATUβs Afternoon Live, where I share recipes and baking tips once a month, and as an alumni instructor at Bakefest. Iβve also partnered on a commercial for US Chef Store, and my cookies consistently headline events and sell out at farmers markets.
